Reason:
The LARF command depends on the internal ARF control block structure to complete normally. ARF is not active in this execution of CA WA CA 7 Edition.
Action:
Ensure the CA WA CA 7 Edition startup parameter input contains a 'RESTART,ARF=YES' or a 'RESTART, ARF=MAINT' control statement. If one was included, some error occurred during startup that caused ARF to be disabled. Search the console log for CA WA CA 7 Edition startup messages relating to ARF.
