Reason:
All ARFSETs were searched. No ARF Sets that met the search criteria were found. UID level security is checked for each ARF Set Record. The terminal user must have UID security access to a given ARF Set before that record can be displayed. &ARFSET is the ARFSET= value that was used for the search.
Action:
Ensure the CA WA CA 7 Edition startup parameter input contains a 'RESTART,ARF=YES' or a 'RESTART, ARF=MAINT' control statement. If one was included, some error occurred during startup that caused ARF to be disabled. Search the console log for startup messages relating to ARF.
