Reason:
During job termination, CA WA CA 7 Edition was attempting to use the Product Interface to send information to CA WA Restart Option, but the Product Interface was never initialized during CA WA CA 7 Edition startup. Processing continues; however the CA WA CA 7 Edition/CA WA Restart Option Condition Code Check synchronization feature is prevented from reflecting the job's correct failure step.
Action:
Check the CA WA CA 7 Edition Job Log for message 'CAL2I012I PRODUCT INTERFACE SUB-TASK AVAILABLE'. If this message is not found, contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
