Reason:
During job termination, CA WA CA 7 Edition was attempting to read segment 12 of the queue record for job name xxxxxxxx, job number nnnn, and failed. This message usually indicates a problem with the CA WA CA 7 Edition queues. Processing continues; however, the CA WA CA 7 Edition/CA WA Restart Option Condition Code Check synchronization feature is prevented from reflecting the job's correct failure step.
Action:
Check the CA 7 job log to see if there are other queue record errors. If you are unable to resolve the problem, contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
