Reason:
The offset value/substitution value specified for the RESTMASK keyword used in the conversion utility was invalid. This occurs when the offset value is 1 and the substitution character is a numeric. The substitution value in the RESTMASK supplies a new member name. As such, it must be an alpha or national character. The member name must adhere to standard IBM data set member name standards.

Action:
Correct the invalid value.
