Reason:
The substitution value specified for the RESTMASK keyword used in the Conversion Utility was invalid. The substitution value in the RESTMASK supplies a new member name. As such, it must be an alphanumeric or national character. The member name must adhere to standard IBM data set member name standards.

Action:
Correct the invalid value.
