Reason:
The SSCT for CA WA CA 7 Edition was located, but the SSCTSUSE field was not zero, nor did it point to a valid IVT. Because FORCESSCT was not specified, L2B3INIT does not create an IVT for this LPAR.
Action:
There may be a conflict over the use of the subsystem named 'CA-7'. CA WA CA 7 Edition requires exclusive use of this subsystem. If FORCESSCT is specified, the CA WA CA 7 Edition product initialization routine will overlay existing data in the control block associated with this subsystem.
