Reason:
The SSCT for CA WA CA 7 Edition was located, but the SSCTSUSE field was not zero nor did it point to a valid IVT. Since FORCESSCT was specified, the SSCTSUSE field in that SSCT is overlaid with the pointer to the CA WA CA 7 Edition IVT.
