Reason:
CA WA CA 7 Edition is reading the SERVDESK file. The specified field has an invalid value in the rule ending on the line number in the message. Most likely the field has a zero length.
Action:
Correct the SERVDESK file, and then issue the /REFRESH,MOD=SERVDESK command to reprocess the file.
