Triggers

Several alternate panels are available for job, input network, and data set triggering based on long job names. While similar to the regular panels, these new panels have a different field layout to provide space for the full long job name length. The panel commands and short names:

These panels follow the same security rules as their regular counterparts (DB.2.4, DB.2.5, DB.2.6).

JOB/L indicates that you can enter a long or short job name. You can also enter the long or short name in the TRGD-JOBL field. The slash before TRGID indicates that it is the start of the second line of input. The TRGID, DOTM, QTM, LDTM, SBTM, and exceptions fields are on the second line of each entry.

Listing triggers displays the long job name, when possible, no matter which name was used to define the trigger.
