CA WA CA 7 Edition provides an extensive menu service for Database Maintenance. The menus are structured to help a novice user step through various panels. However, as proficiency increases, it can be desirable to bypass primary menus and proceed directly to the wanted panel.
The primary DB panel can be bypassed by entering a command panel name on the top line of the current panel or as the FUNCTION value on any other menu or formatted panel. For example, DB.1 or DB.4.
