Reason:
The Submit data set specified by yyyyyyyy could not be opened for submission of jobs. This is an unlikely situation that will generally only occur after a WARM start initialization of CA Workload Automation SE.
Action:
Verify that the Submit data set is defined by a DD statement in the CA Workload Automation SE JCL and by a CPU statement in the initialization file. If the data set is properly defined in both locations, contact your installation specialist for assistance. In a multi-CPU environment, jobs may be directed to another CPU using the /ASSIGN and DIRECT commands until the problem is resolved.
