Reason:
A permanent I/O error has been detected on the Submit data set specified by yyyyyyyy.
Action:
To regain use of the data set, it is necessary to scratch and reallocate it in a different location. CA Workload Automation SE must be shut down and brought back up before the data set is available. In a multi-CPU environment, jobs can be directed to another CPU using the /ASSIGN and DIRECT commands until the problem can be corrected.
