Reason:

The job indicated by xxxxxxxx was not submitted because the barrier limit for the number of CA 7 WA jobs submitted to yyyyyyyy has been reached.

Action:

Perform one of the following actions:

Wait for the number of jobs submitted to drop below the barrier limit and let the job be submitted automatically.
Raise the barrier value using the /ASSIGN command and then either force job submission or allow automatic submission to occur.
Change the main ID for the job to a CPU that is not at the barrier limit and then force job submission.
