Reason:

The requested job is in locked status.

Action:

Use the LLOCK command to determine why the job is locked and then correct. If the schedule is locked, do a RESOLV on it. If the job is locked in LOAD status, use the LOAD command to reload the job. If the LOAD is not successful, error messages are produced at the appropriate CA Workload Automation SE terminal describing the problem.
