Reason:
The QJCL panel will not allow a FE (or FETCH) function for jobs that are set as 7UNI jobs unless CA Workload Automation SE mixed case editor support has been enabled.
Action:
If the JCL must be modified, then the job could be canceled, the JCL changed outside of CA Workload Automation SE, and the DEMAND command used to bring the job in again.
