UPDATE DENIED - SUBMIT CHECK FAILED

Reason:

An attempt was made to replace JCL for a request queue job. The JCL contained a USERID; however, the user trying to update is not authorized to submit for that USERID.

Action:

Perform one of the following actions:

Contact your security administrator if security access needs to be allowed.
Log on with an authorized USERID and update the JCL.
