CANNOT TRIGGER JOB FOR SCHID OF ZERO AND NON-ZERO

Reason:

An attempt has been made to establish a job trigger based on a particular SCHID, when it has already been established for all SCHIDs (zero), or conversely. This is clearly a contradiction.

Action:

Verify that the existing relationship is correct. If not, delete it and reenter the command.
