Reason:
An A (add) option was entered for a job that is already triggered by SCHID 0. You cannot add a SCHID 0 and a specific SCHID for the same triggered job.
Action:
If the job should be triggered by only specific SCHIDs, delete the entry for SCHID of 0 and add the specific SCHIDs.
