Reason:
A request to change application function authorization cannot be completed because operator ID yyyyyyyyy is not authorized for application xxxxxxxx.
Action:
Verify that the operator ID and application name were specified correctly on the input request. If not, correct and resubmit the command. If the original command was correct, the product's initialization file must be changed to authorize the operator ID for the application.
