Reason:
A request to change application function authorization or user ID cannot be completed because operator ID xxxxxxxx is not authorized for terminal yyyyyyyyy.
Action:
Verify that the operator ID and terminal name were specified correctly on the input request. If not, correct and reenter the command. If the original command was correct, the product's initialization file must be changed to authorize the operator ID for the terminal.
