Reason:
Either the /EMAIL or /EADMIN command was issued, but the EMAIL initialization file statement was either not present at CA Workload Automation SE startup or it was not successfully processed.
Action:
Provide or correct the EMAIL initialization file statement and restart CA Workload Automation SE.
