Reason:
The /JCL command was attempted, but dynamic allocation of JCL libraries is not supported.
Action:
Change the PERFORM values on the INIT statement in the product's initialization file so that dynamic allocation will be used for JCL libraries. See the Systems Programming Guide for details.
