Reason:

The job was not entered into the request queue because an error was encountered trying to process the JCL retrieved from the special JCL Override library (JCLID=254). llkkkkjj is a return code describing the error. A jj value of 1C indicates that JCL was not attached for the job. The kkkk value is the reason code for the attach failure. See message SCNJ-18 for an explanation of this code. Action:

Review and correct the JCL from the special JCL Override library. Replace the JCL member in the special library and then DEMAND the job.
