Reason:
The job was not entered into the request queue because an error was encountered trying to process the JCL. The error may have been encountered while CA Workload Automation SE was attempting to attach the job's JCL. The Trailer queue may not have enough space. llkkkkjj is a return code describing the error. A jj value of 1C indicates that JCL was not attached for the job. The kkkk value is the reason code for the attach failure. See message SCNJ-18 for an explanation of this code. (See also message SATO-15 for a description of the format of this message.)
