ARTS command was attempting to find the CA WA Restart Option interface module identified by xxxxxxxx, but failed.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

Verify program xxxxxxxx exists in a STEPLIB data set in the CA Workload Automation SE execution JCL.
Concatenate the CA WA Restart Option load library if it is missing.
Reinitialize CA Workload Automation SE.
Retry ARTS.
