ARTS command was attempting to attach the CA WA Restart Option control program identified by xxxxxxxx, but the attach failed.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

Verify program xxxxxxxx exists in a STEPLIB data set in the CA Workload Automation SE execution JCL.
Concatenate the CA WA Restart Option load library if it is missing.
Reinitialize CA Workload Automation SE.
Retry ARTS.
