Reason:
The execution JCL should contain a restart comment statement. For unexplained reasons, the statement is no longer present.
Action:
The statement may be reinserted by using the QJCL panel to fetch the JCL, correct it, and then save it. In any case, contact your installation specialist for assistance. Try to write down the commands which resulted in this condition.
