Reason:
The RESUBMIT or FORCE COMPLETE function was selected but one or more of the CA WA Restart Option RESTART/RERUN fields was supplied.
Action:
If a RESUBMIT or FORCE COMPLETE is to be done, clear the CA WA Restart Option RESTART/RERUN fields on the panel. If a restart is to be done, select the CA WA Restart Option RESTART/RERUN function.
