Reason:
An error has occurred during MOVQ (Move queue) startup processing while attempting to open the VRM VSAM database component.
Action:
Ensure that the correct file is specified under the CA7RSRC DD statement in the CA Workload Automation SE execution JCL procedure and restart CA Workload Automation SE.
