Reason:
The VRM database file specified using the CA7RSRC DD was not found during MOVQ (Move queue) startup processing.
Action:
Include the VRM database component in the CA Workload Automation SE execution procedure using the CA7RSRC DD statement and restart CA Workload Automation SE.
