Reason:
CA WA Restart Option was not fully initialized when CA Workload Automation SE was started so the CA WA Restart Option options table did not have the RMS procedure name filled in. Also, the PROCRMS keyword was not specified on the RESTART statement in the initialization file.
Action:
Respond to the WTOR that follows. Only NO or NO11 will be accepted. If the PROCRMS keyword was specified on the RESTART statement, this message would not be issued.
