Reason:
The reply to the CA-7.730 WTOR was NO. CA Workload Automation SE stops submitting any jobs that are defined as INSERT-RMS=Y. These jobs remain in the ready queue until the interface is available or the job is changed to not require the RMS step.
Action:
If CA WA Restart Option is started after responding to the WTOR, the interface can be activated by issuing the SUBMIT command or by canceling or restarting a job.
