Reason:
The SMF indicator byte within an ICMDSECT control block has become corrupted. This message is generated by U7TESTSV.
Action:
Examine the report generated by program U7TESTSV to determine which CA Workload Automation SE instance has an invalid SMF indicator byte. Then run a CAIRIM initialization to delete and add that instance.
