Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE ICMDSECT control block located on the current system is invalid.
Action:
Ensure that CAIRIM has initialized the CA Workload Automation SE system interfaces on the system where the submission process is executing. Or, run the submission process on a system where CA Workload Automation SE or ICOM is already active.
