Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE Cross-Platform submission process could not locate the CA Workload Automation SE ICMDSECT control block on the local system.
Action:
Ensure that CAIRIM has initialized the CA Workload Automation SE system interfaces on the system where the submission process is executing. Or, run the submission process on a system where CA Workload Automation SE or ICOM is already active.
