Reason:
The SSCT for CA Workload Automation SE was located, but the SSCTSUSE field was not zero, nor did it point to a valid IVT. Because FORCESSCT was not specified, L2B3INIT does not create an IVT for this LPAR.
Action:
There may be a conflict over the use of the subsystem named 'CA-7'. CA Workload Automation SE requires exclusive use of this subsystem. If FORCESSCT is specified, the CA Workload Automation SE product initialization routine will overlay existing data in the control block associated with this subsystem.
