Reason:
The SSCT for CA Workload Automation SE was located, but the SSCTSUSE field was not zero nor did it point to a valid IVT. Since FORCESSCT was specified, the SSCTSUSE field in that SSCT is overlaid with the pointer to the CA Workload Automation SE IVT.
