Reason:
Program CAL2FDBP was unable to dynamically allocate the data set associated with the ddname of DBPARMS. The DAIR return code was xxxxxxxx and the reason code was yyyyyyyy.
Action:
Determine the reason for the failure and fix the cause. Then resubmit the job or reissue the command. If necessary, add a valid DBPARMS DD statement to your CA Workload Automation SE Jobflow Illustrator JCL.
