Reason:
Message writing program CAL2FMSG was unable to obtain a lock against the SYSMSGS data set. xxxx is the lock title, LOC is the task ID of the owner task, and CUR is the task ID of the current task. This message is issued as a WTO if the program has to wait three seconds. Because the program waits until it eventually gets the lock and writes the message, no data was lost.
