Reason:
CA Workload Automation SE was unable to reach an SMTP (email) server. Both the primary SMTP server (on the EMAIL ESERVER option) and the SMTP server on the local system have been tried. CA Workload Automation SE does not send the email.
Action:
Determine why an SMTP server is not available. If using an SMTP server on another system, make sure that system is up and can be reached from the system where CA Workload Automation SE is executing. If necessary, you can turn on the CA Workload Automation SE email trace (/EADMIN,TRC=Y) to obtain the actual return and reason codes returned from TCP/IP.
