Reason:
CA Workload Automation SE was unable to create a communication connection to TCP/IP. CA Workload Automation SE does not send the email.
Action:
Determine why the EZASMI SOCKET call failed in the TCP/IP address space. If necessary, you can turn on the CA Workload Automation SE email trace (/EADMIN,TRC=Y) to obtain the actual return and reason codes returned from TCP/IP.
