Reason:
CA Workload Automation SE waited the number of seconds specified on the EMAIL ETIMEOUT option but never received notification that the specified TCP/IP function ended. For some functions, such as INITAPI, a time-out is fatal and the email is not sent. For other functions, such as RECEIVE, CA Workload Automation SE will continue sending the email as if the time-out had not occurred.
Action:
You can increase the value of the EMAIL ETIMEOUT option if many time-outs are occurring but emails are still being delivered.
