Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE email feature tried to initialize a TCP/IP session but failed. The return code and error number are listed.
Action:
Make sure that the SYSTCPD DD statement in the TCP/IP started task is included in the CA Workload Automation SE started task. If the TCP/IP started task has a STEPLIB, add those data sets to the CA Workload Automation SE started task STEPLIB. Make sure that the user ID under which CA Workload Automation SE runs has an OMVS segment (consult with your security administrator). Refer to the IBM manual for the EZASMI (TCP/IP) interface for more information about the return and error codes from the INITAPI function.
