The return code (rr) reason code (cc) from CA Workload Automation SE are specified along with any message sent from CA Workload Automation SE (ttt...ttt) and the type (xxxx) of request.

See the information supplied in the message and take any appropriate corrective measures. Check the CA Workload Automation SE JES Log for CA-7.XTM... messages to see if the CCI terminal interface has encountered any errors. Otherwise, contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
