Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE CCI Terminal facility is not responding to calls from the CA Workload Automation SE CAICCI interface. The CA Workload Automation SE CCI Terminal CAICCI receiver is indicated where: aaa...aaa is the CA Workload Automation SE CAICCI Terminal receiver name, and nnn...nnn is the CCI node name.
Action:
Check to ensure that the CA Workload Automation SE address space is active. If so, check the CA Workload Automation SE JES Log for CA-7.XTM... messages to see if the CCI terminal interface has encountered any errors. Otherwise, contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
