Reason:
A VTAM OPEN macro failed for the ACB named by xxxxxxxx. The ACBOFLGS codes may provide information as to the reason for the failure. For more information, see IBM manual z/OS Communications Server: SNA Programming.
Action:
If the ACB named is the 0000 ACB, then this message will probably be accompanied by a CAL2A508 message. In that event, see the recommended action for that message. Otherwise, see the aforementioned IBM publication for information about the reasons why VTAM failed the OPEN request. If the error persists, contact your installation specialist for assistance.
