Reason:
The ACB needed for the CA Workload Automation SE API session establishment could not be OPENed during the time period allowed. The ACB used for session establishment is the ACB name that ends with 0000. For more information about the definition of the ACBs, see the Systems Programming Guide.
Note: A period of high activity could produce this message when many users are attempting to establish CA Workload Automation SE terminal sessions under TSO-ISPF, the CA Workload Automation SE API, or both.
Action:
If the message was produced during a period of high activity, simply wait a few minutes and reexecute CA Workload Automation SE API. If an error condition seems possible then attempt to activate the VTAM application where the ACBs are defined by issuing the command:
v net,id=APPL,act
Replace APPL in this example with the name of the appropriate VTAM application. If this fails, review the installation steps outlined in the Systems Programming Guide pertaining to the definition of the VTAM ACBs for possible errors. If the error persists, contact your installation specialist for assistance.
