Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE API interface was unable to establish an online session with CA Workload Automation SE. The API attempted to establish a VTAM interface with CA Workload Automation SE but was unable to do so.
Action:
Ensure the CA7APPL= parameter in member CACCENV of your 'userid.VPOINT.PROFILE' specifies the correct VTAM applid of the CA Workload Automation SE with which you want to communicate. Also, ensure the CA7SESS= parameter specifies a valid ACB name and that the ACBs are active. Check the system log messages for WTOs issued for your TSO address space that may contain additional diagnostic information.
