Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE API interface was unable to establish an online session with CA Workload Automation SE. The API attempted to sign on to CA Workload Automation SE with the current user ID, but the signon was rejected.
Action:
Ensure your TSO user ID is defined as a valid user ID to CA Workload Automation SE.
